These terms govern your use of the HolidayJet website and any booking you make through it. By booking you accept them.
The agency’s role
HolidayJet is a licensed travel agency that arranges hotel accommodation on your behalf through its supplier. Your accommodation contract is with the hotel; HolidayJet acts as the booking intermediary.
Bookings and prices
Prices are shown per stay in EUR and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. The price is re-checked before payment; if it changes you are shown the new price and asked to confirm before any charge.
A booking is confirmed only once payment is authorized and the hotel reservation is committed. You receive a confirmation and a hotel voucher by email.
Payment
Payment is taken via our payment provider (Stripe). You are charged only for a booking that is actually confirmed; any authorization hold on a booking that does not complete is released.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the rate you book and are shown before you pay. See the Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Details of the agency’s liability as an intermediary will be set out here.
